These new drum kits now come in a choice of three drum configurations, Fusion, Rock/Fusion and Compact. Mapex have also added a brand new finish to the Tornado drum kits… Royal Blue!

How do I know I’m choosing the right Drum Kit?!
Many customers get confused about drum sizes and which configuration is going to best for them. There’s a choice of Rock/Fusion, Fusion, or Compact for these starter drum kits…
The Rock/Fusion drum configuration is a standard set-up and typically consists of a 22” bass drum, 10” and 12” Toms, 16” Floor tom and a 14” snare drum.
The Fusion drum configuration is ideal for the younger drummer as the set-up tends to be smaller, with a 20” bass drum, 10” and 12” Toms, 14” Floor tom and a 14” snare drum.
The Compact drum configuration is smaller still with a 18” bass drum, 10” and 12” toms, 14” floor tom and 14” snare drum. This is also known as the Junior drum kit as it’s aimed towards children, but is also the ideal set-up for smaller bedrooms, hence the name 'compact’. This configuration comes with a smaller heigh snare stand and throne also. All three set-ups include 5 drums.
