The DW Collector's Series Santa Monica 4-Piece Shell Pack in Anniversary Stain are crafted in in the brand's California Custom Shop in 100% North American Maple. The Santa Monica Series drums feature DW’s first-ever shell design from the 1980s in a thicker, all-Maple formulation that is updated with new hardware and modern techniques. Each shell is finished with an exotic Super Curly maple veneer and a bold orange Anniversary Stain.
The 4-Piece kit also features: DW's patented STM™ (Suspension Tom Mount) system that allows you to reap the benefits of maximum resonance by letting the toms to vibrate freely while securely holding the drum in place; True Hoops, offering a major advancement to the game by allowing for perfected and consistent tuning, and finally, True Pitch 50 Tension Rods. At fifty threads per inch and made from stainless steel, these tension rods are definitely one of DW's finest upgrades, providing ultra-smooth fine-tuning with less back-out!
