Returns

Please note we will not accept any returns unless authorised with a member of staff and you MUST have a valid returns number, we do not accept any returned items without an RA (Returns Authorisation number), this will be given when you call The Drum Shop. Returns when authorised are at the cost of the individual and maybe subject to surcharge.

Please ensure you are ordering the correct items, as the drum shop can not be responsible for incorrect items being ordered. When ever the wrong goods are ordered The Drum Shop will not be held responsible for incorrect ordering, please take care when placing an order, we are only a telephone call away for advice.

In the case of warranted goods a valid Invoice must be produced at all times. We cannot accept any goods for repair or replacement without a valid Drum Shop invoice which you receive when ordering your goods. The repair or replacement of goods will be at the discretion of The Drum Shop we are here to help please feel free to call.
