The Roland KDB-100 Self Aligning Kick Drum Beater is a high quality plastic beater from Roland which features a round flat hard plastic head which is capable of producing some seriously powerful sound and decent attack. Plastic beaters are notorious for retaining their shape and power even after being put through their paces time and time again. KDB-100 has a self-aligning system which allows for optimum striking and automatically adjusts itself to hit flush with the drum every time, a distinct feature which makes for more accurate triggering and an enhanced response. An adjustable rod weight provides a customisable action and feel whilst the beater can be mounted on a traditional kick drum pedal with ease.
