Sonor SQ1 8" x 7" Mounted Tom (SQ1 0807 TT CRB)
The SQ1 series takes advantage of impeccable German craftsmanship to create a drum that produces a ferocious and powerful tone that also offers astonishing good looks that are inspired by a series of timeless classic cars. The shells are built from 100% European birch which provides a great tonal balance and a crisp modern attack. These shells are also feature OSM shell sizing which means that they are undersized to allow the heads to float freely on the bearing edges, this generates an enhanced tuning range and resonance.
Sonor has also implemented an array of unique features such as the TuneSafe lugs which ensure that the tension screws don't vibrate loose and remain stable no matter the environment. The tom also features the unique Sonor Sound Sustainer tom mount which isolates any and all vibrating components.
