Sonor Vintage 24" x 14" Bass Drum (VT 16 2414 BD)
This Sonor Vintage Bass Drum is designed and crafted to the highest standard in Germany, it's modelled after the classic 1960's Sonor Teardrop kit and provides a way to relive that old school Sonor sound. The shell is made with premium hand-picked German Beech Wood, this shell produces an astonishing sound of pronounced highs and mids with an impressive low-end punch, it also features a rounded bearing edge which produces more head contact, this creates a beefier and shorter sound.
The bass drum comes equipped with a variety of features that stay true to the classic Teardrop kit but Sonor has implemented several upgrades, such as integrating the patented TuneSafe system to ensure the maximum stability for tuning, no matter the environment.
