Returns
Need to return an item from an on-line purchase?
First thing to do is call us on 0191 418 7113 so we can discuss the reason for your return. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To complete your return we require proof of purchase, we will then issue a Returns Authorisation number which must be used when returning any goods.
Once your goods are received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your goods; we will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Items must be new, unopened, unused or defective to qualify for a return.
For cymbal warranty claims please refer to our cymbal warranty process.
