Founded in 1999, Craviotto is a drum manufacturing company and brand, originally based in San Fransisco. The company prides itself on making hand-crafted drums of the finest quality, using the best materials out there. Originally started by Johnny Craviotto, Craviotto Drums operates using a small team of highly-skilled drum manufactures that work in a small warehouse. This is done to keep the authentic, hand-made feel that fans cherish about Craviotto. Following Johnny Craviotto's unfortunate passing in 2016, The company moved their headquarters to Nashville, Tennessee and have continued to operate in a similar fashion of how Johnny would have wanted.
The Craviotto Private Reserve Walnut with Maple Inlay creates spacious, warm sound with a real powerful feel. Each shell is constructed with single-ply steam-bent Walnut/Curly Maple/Walnut solid, stacked drum shells, the trademark nod to the late Johnny Craviotto's unique drum making process. This kit contains 45˚ Bearing Edges which produce necessary sustain when needed, adding a more modern and lively edge to the sound and increasing brightness. Craviotto kits are one of a kind and truly don't disappoint when it comes to quality, due to being hand-made with extreme attention to detail.
