Sonor Vintage 24" x 14" Bass Drum (VT 17 2414 BD)
The Sonor Vintage series is a way to go back in time and play the classic Sonor sound without sacrificing the modernisation of features. The bass drum models itself after the old school Sonor Teardrop kits which dominated drumming in the 60's, it even includes the vintage Bass Drum Claws, classic design tuning wing screws and Superprofil hoops. The shell is crafted from hand selected premium beech wood which produces a sound of pronounced highs and mids with an impressive low-end punch. It also features a rounded bearing edge with produces more head contact, this means a beefier and shorter sounds which are warm and dry, yet resonant.
The lugs are equipped with the patented TuneSafe system which supports maximum tuning stability, no matter the environment.
