The first port of call at the NAMM show was the Big Bang Distribution Stall, the guys behind the fantastic Ahead Armor Drum Cases., I was amazed at the reception given to us as we arrived, Andy thinking it was all down to sales however he was slightly deflated as he realised it was all down to Dame Barry Race of BR Distribution, having pulled Andy around in one of their cases and made the video go viral!! and informed andy there was a new larger size if he wished to try that out for size!!
New for 2012 are the percussion cases, Cajon cases, Djembe cases and Conga cases, also they have brought out new sizes in their hardware cases, 28”, 32”, and 47” all featuring there superb Ogio Sled except the 28”. All of their cases have the DX Core technology. The DX Core provides the stiffness of three layers of high-impact foam padding, the softness of a premium grade Sherpa Fleece lining, plus water-proof 600 denier-polyester fabric exterior, making these cases the toughest soft drum cases around.
Many top artists are now endorsing these amazing drum cases like, Thomas Lang, Mike Johnston, Thomas Pridgen, Ronald Bruner Jr and Eric Singer, these guys don’t mess about when it comes to drum protection!! With prices starting from £20, these truly are the best quality drums cases at the best price!! Check them out!!
