Built using Canopus’ unique stave-shell construction, this drum is made from uniformly sized blocks of bubinga, or “staves”, joined with minimal adhesive. This method allows the shell to behave more like a solid piece of wood, helping preserve the natural vibration, strength and sonic character of the bubinga itself.
Canopus takes the stave concept even further by carefully shaping the inside of the shell to create a natural reinforcement-ring style edge. This helps improve vibration transfer, sensitivity and power, allowing the drum to respond beautifully at lower dynamics while still delivering a bold, cutting backbeat when required.

Condition:
- In Excellent Pre Loved Condition - In full working order with no cracks or structural damage to the shell. The snare has been very well cared for and shows only minimal signs of use, such as scratches and marks to the hoops & hardware. Overall, it’s in great condition with only the lightest cosmetic imperfections.
