The Black Beauty name probably made Ludwig the legendary name it is today. Probably the most imitated snare drums around but never duplicated..! A true American Classic snare drum made from a single sheet of brass that becomes seamless and nickle plated. Due to the difficult manufacturing process, only a few Black Beauty snare drums are produced each year.
