Ahead introduce the Mach 1 Two Way Bass Drum Beater, a two way reversible beater with both a hard felt beater head and a hard plastic head. The hard felt head delivers a rounded sound that still has a generous amount of attack behind it and that felt sound is still audible, whilst the hard plastic head as expected generates a depthy, thumpy sound filled with a bright attack and purpose. We are well aware that some of you drummers drum day in, day out and need to replace your beaters more often than a casual drummer would, that's why Ahead provide the beater head to replace your Ahead Mach 1 beater with, if you purchased the Mach 1 Pro Pedals!
