The Kelly SHU FLATZ provides a dedicated internal shock-mount platform for the discontinued Shure SM91 boundary microphone. It suspends the microphone away from the kick drum shell and dampening, helping to reduce unwanted vibration while placing the capsule closer to the sound source.
