Drum Kit Tuning & Set-Up – Important Information:

  • Non-Original Packaging: New drum kits are often supplied “Russian dolled”, with smaller drums packed inside larger drums to reduce packaging size. Once your kit has been unpacked, assembled and tuned, the drums may no longer fit safely back into their original factory packaging. We may therefore use alternative suitable packaging to ensure your kit is protected during transit.
  • Bass drum: For delivered orders, the bass drum will not be fully tuned. To minimise the risk of damage during transit, the bass drum heads and hoops may need to be removed for shipping. These will need to be fitted and tuned by the customer on arrival.
  • Transit: Drum heads can naturally change tension during transportation and because of changes in temperature or humidity. Minor re-tuning may therefore be required after delivery.
  • Tuning preference: Unless otherwise agreed, we will tune the kit to a balanced, general-purpose tuning suitable for the drum sizes and heads supplied. Final tuning is subjective and may require minor adjustment to suit your playing style, room, musical style or personal preference.

Natal Arcadia US Fusion Acoustic Drum Kit

Natal brings you Arcadia Poplar, a drum kit with all the brilliance of the compact Arcadia series blended with all the warmth and silky smooth sass of poplar wood shells.

Poplar provides the base for this Arcadia drum kit and is undeniably warm, smooth, and effective. Soft highs and mids are complimented by an enhanced low end which again is brimming with rich warmth. Arcadia Poplar features 2mm triple-flanged hoops which creates an open and resonant sound perfect for performing to the masses. The kit features bass drum claws with rubber gaskets and telescopic bass drum legs, giving you the ultimate security when positioning and prevents hoop marks when playing. A strong favourite with drummers around the world, Arcadia performs with indisputable quality whilst being incredibly compact and reasonable.

The Arcadia kits are extremely reliable and hardwearing and have been designed with the travelling drummer in mind, whether you're constantly on the road or gigging now and then, Arcadia is super versatile and beyond competitive for the quality and craftsmanship you receive.
