This flat based cymbal stand can be transformed into a traditional tripod base in a simple move of the single braced legs! Flush based legs are often desired among drummers playing in smaller venues that don't have a lot of space or drummers wanting to create a more intimate, tighter knit set-up. With this stand you have the best of both worlds, two stands in one!
