The Pearl 14" x 6.5" Custom Classic Solid Shell Maple Snare Drum in Piano Black is a beautifully crafted Japanese-made snare with a warm, focused and highly musical voice. Built around a one-piece solid maple shell, this drum offers the kind of natural resonance, sensitivity and depth that has made solid-shell snares so sought after by players and collectors.
Unlike a standard ply shell, the solid maple shell is formed from a single piece of maple, allowing the wood to vibrate with exceptional purity and consistency. This gives the drum a rich fundamental tone, smooth response and a naturally full-bodied sound with fewer interruptions to the shell’s resonance.

Condition:
- In Excellent Pre Loved Condition - In full working order with no cracks or structural damage to the shell. The snare has been very well cared for and shows only minimal signs of use, such as small chips and scratches to the finish and some light scratches and pitting to the hardware. Overall, it’s in great condition with only the lightest cosmetic imperfections.
