The Sakae Osaka Heritage Evolved Gen2 is a high-end professional drum kit that showcases the craftsmanship and attention to detail that made Sakae one of the most respected names in Japanese drum making. The Evolved Gen2 has been designed to produce a beautifully balanced sound with exceptional clarity, projection and musicality.

Rather than using the same construction throughout the kit, Sakae carefully tunes the shell design to suit the role of each drum. The result is a kit that feels incredibly responsive under the sticks, with focused rack toms, full-bodied floor toms and a powerful, controlled bass drum. The maple shells deliver plenty of warmth and depth while retaining the articulation and definition needed for more detailed playing.
