Percussionist Vic Firth founded The Vic Firth Company in 1963! Vic's ability to seamlessly and successfully incorporate new ideas has drove this long-standing company to the success it posses today. Developed closely with Tom Gauger, member of the Boston Symphony, this series features 9 different beaters each with different designs and features. The signature bass drum beaters have been designed and tested in the field with the aim of solving technical issues or developing a new, desired sound.
